**Boutagy’s Group Rental Sales Agent**

**Location**: _Loule_

**Full Time / Permanent**

**Monday - Friday on a Rota** _(8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)_

**Saturday - 1 per Month** _8am to 1pm_

**Salary **- _€15k - €23k (Depending on commission earned)_

**Who we are**:
We are a well-established Vehicle Rental Group in the UK that have branches in Nottingham, Feltham and Putney, as well as an Online Vehicle Rental Broker Site. Despite being in the Rental Business for almost 40 years, we are still looking for further growth.

Our Putney site has been renting vehicles for almost 40 years. These range from commercial vehicles (Vans/Trucks/Tippers etc) to cars. Since then, we have expanded to 2 other sites in Feltham and, more recently, in Nottingham. We currently run a fleet of about 700 vehicles.

In addition, we run an Online Vehicle Rental Site which allows customers nationwide to rent vehicles across the country.

**Summary of the Role**:
We are looking for someone to join our small team as an Inbound Telesales Agent.

The job will be based from our Office in Loule.

As an agent, you will have the chance to earn uncapped commission on all the sales you make. A previous background in Car and Van Rental would be an advantage but not essential.

You must be flexible and work well under pressure and have at least basic computer skills.

The Job will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Answering Phones and Web Chats
- Dealing with enquiries about current and potential bookings
- Taking bookings for Vehicle Hires
- Following up and chasing existing bookings.
- Making sales, increasing your commission earnings
- As a small business, you may be needed to help in other areas where and when needed, to help the team when busy
- **MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH**Please remember you will be working with UK clients so you must speak English to a very good standard
- Have good Phone Confidence.
- Be able to handle difficult customers and pressure in a calm manor.
- Be comfortable working both by yourself and as part of a team.
- Effective questioning and listening skills.
- Have basic computer skills
- Be Flexible
