**Content Administrator** **needed to join our team on a permanent basis.**
**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a creative, organised and experienced content specialist who is passionate about all things digital, has an obsession for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Content Authoring on Shopify CMS, including template creation, SEO updates, and launching campaigns (discounts and promotional banners etc.)
- Peer review work according to brief
- Validate tickets and identify additional needs/requirements
- Troubleshoot content requests with technical support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure all content is compliant with company standards and guidelines

**What we want from you**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with Shopify CMS
- Content/content auditing experience
- Project management skills
- Experience with Project tracking software such as Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
