Elevus is a specialized recruiting company and is currently looking for a Chapter Manager for a final client with a great reputation in the labor market.

**Expected activities and responsibilities**:

- Work and liaise with the local chapter board to ensure smooth internal operations
- Close collaboration with individual board members on various local initiatives
- Act as liaison between local chapter and Global staff (with functional and regional roles)
- Schedule and maintain a yearly calendar and planning cycle (events, trainings, meetings)
- Facilitate monthly board meetings
- Coordinate and attend chapter events and trainings
- Coordinate member recruitment process with the Membership Chair
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure members are aware of external opportunities
- Curate best practices from other chapters in collaboration with global staff
- Keep historical overview of chapter for record-keeping and continuity purposes
- Maintenance of chapter information on databases and local CRM
- Support with financial administrative tasks
- Day-to-day communication with members (e.g. when Global staff follow-up is required)
- Weekly progress reports submitted to the local chapter president
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Secretariat, Events, Marketing/Comms., Hotel Management or related field is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong skills and experience with digital communication and productivity tools
- Driver’s license
- Well-versed in organization and planning, could adapt well under pressure and prioritize naturally
- Values personal relationships and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive, energetic and possess a positive outlook
- Able to understand, act as a success partner, and confidently support high achieving, ambitious entrepreneurs
- A dynamic team player who enjoys working in a diverse, global environment
- Requires very mínimal supervision and takes initiative in an autonomous work setting
- Reliable and competent in handling confidential, sensitive information with utmost care
