As an Office Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with office-related subcontractors and suppliers;
- Overseeing utility contracts, including cleaning, communications, IT, health & safety, etc.;
- Booking transport and accommodation;
- Maintaining complete and orderly control of accounting and purchase documents;
- Assisting with financial reporting;
- Managing daily activities of in-house accounting and payments in collaboration with the Finance team;
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative procedures;
- Assisting the Managing Director and the Management Team by managing electronic communications, mail, and incoming calls; ensuring that these are prioritized, deadlines are considered, and appropriate action is taken;
- Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties as and when required, ensuring accurate, timely delivery, and that relevant policies and procedures are followed;
- Booking and attending Management Team meetings and events, ensuring that consideration is given to the most effective and efficient use of time and financial resources;
- Producing accurate records and maintaining and updating action logs for all meetings;
- Supporting the Managers in organizing events for clients and internal teams, both in-house and offsite, such as sales days, team buildings, training, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager;
- Experience with IT/Tech Companies;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with IT tools and requirements.
