**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and Promote Services: Strategically develop, maintain, and expand ANOVA’s services and product offerings to meet client needs and market demands.
- Explore Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Account Management: Set and monitor sales account targets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and managing accounts for long-term success.
- Client Communication: Oversee day-to-day client communication, ensuring effective engagement on current, new, and upcoming projects and opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, remaining connected to them and the evolving market landscape.
- Manage Expectations: Liaise with clients to manage their expectations and provide feedback on project progress and outcomes.
- Project Oversight: Handle client input and feedback for all projects, ensuring detailed direction, clear timelines, and successful project execution.
- Sales Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Performance Improvement: Suggest actionable strategies to enhance sales performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
**Core Skills & Competencies**:
- Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Industry Experience: Proven experience with O&G Global Accounts (SHV, DCC, UGI) and familiarity with the Oil & Gas and Industrial Gas industries.
- Sales Experience: Hands-on experience in sales with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Power BI and Excel), and familiarity with project and P&L management.
- Metrics Understanding: Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to leverage them for strategic decision-making.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and solutions.
- Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving attitude with solid business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
