Reporting directly to the Sales Administrative Manager, you will ensure the administrative part of sales for several subsidiaries that work with SSC Portugal.
**Your main responsibilities are the below**:
- Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications.
- Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid.
- Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity.
- Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task.
- Identifying and indicate deviations.
- Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships
