Wir suchen aktuell nach deutschsprachigen Sales Experten für den Weltmarktführer der Tabak-Industrie, Philip Morris, die kurzfristig in der pulsierenden Hauptstadt Portugals - Lissabon - beruflich durchstarten wollen. Als erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden legst du ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten an den Tag und scheust dich nicht davor, Kunden auch proaktiv im Verkaufsgespräch zu überzeugen. Um welches Produkt geht es? Elektrische Zigaretten revolutionieren derzeit den Tabakmarkt. Das neueste Produkt "IQOS" des Unternehmens Philip Morris International (PMI), das unter anderem die Marke Marlboro produziert, wird diese Revolution weiter vorantreiben. IQOS ist eine Mischung aus klassischer und elektrischer Zigarette. Sie sehen aus wie hohle Füllfederhalter, in die "Tabaksticks" eingeführt werden, die wiederum kleinen Zigaretten ähneln. Der Unterschied zur E-Zigarette: Die neue Konstruktion von Philip Morris enthält vernebelten Tabak, der auf 350 Grad erhitzt wird, jedoch nicht bei noch höheren Temperaturen wie bei herkömmlichen Zigaretten verbrannt wird. Da bei diesem Prozess keine Verbrennung stattfindet, wird das Gesundheitsrisiko auf ein Minimum reduziert.

**Zum Aufgabenfeld**:
Du bist Teil eines erstklassigen Sales-Teams und hast als Repräsentant von Philip Morris das Ziel, nachhaltigen Verkaufserfolg zu generieren.
- Angemessene und zielorientierte Verkaufsberatung per Telefon und E-Mail
- Aktiver Verkauf von IQOS-Produkten an Personen, die bereits deutliches Interesse am Produkt gezeigt haben, um Kontaktaufnahme gebeten haben oder von Freunden empfohlen wurden
- Ausführliche Kundeninformationen zu allen Fragen bezüglich IQOS-Produkten
- Professionelle Beratung zur Verwendung von IQOS-Produkten
- Bereitstellung von Informationen zu Lieferungen und Preisanfragen
- Unterstützung bei Online-Bestellungen
- Durchführung von Follow-up-Gesprächen nach Ablauf der Testphase des Produkts, um Kundenfragen zu beantworten und Unterstützung zu bieten

**Zu deinem Profil**:

- Deutsch als Muttersprache oder mindestens auf einem starken C1-Niveau
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im B2B-Kontext ist von Vorteil
- Proaktive Kommunikationsweise und Sales-Oientierung/ -Erfahrung
- Grundlegendes Verständnis über Marketing und die Relevanz von GoogleAds für den Kampagnen-Erfolg
- Starke Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Beziehungsmanagement und Support
- Fähigkeit, unter Einhaltung zeitlicher Fristen qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit zu leisten
- Dynamische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie kunden
