**Your new company**

A multinational company from Automotive Industry is looking for an Internal Controls Coordinator (M/F/d) to join its Shared Service Centre (SSC), in Lisbon.

**Your new role**

Reporting to SSC Accounting Manager, you'll be a key member of the Corporate Team and have responsibilities both as Central and Local ICS Coordinator. As such, your tasks will include:

- Coordinate all Internal Controls relevant activities from a group perspective, such as project managing the further rollouts of the framework to the subsidiaries around the world.
- Support the Central Internal Controls System Management team in implementing and continuously improve Internal Controls framework.
- Coordinate the implementation of Internal Controls in all entities as per the Group’s framework.
- Consolidate the Internal Controls System results from all entities and prepare the Group’s quarterly reports.
- Set up and structure a communication system with all Internal Controls coordinators at Group level, for information sharing, lessons learnt, milestone monitoring, and other initiatives.
- Supports the Central Internal Controls System Management team in implementing initiatives to further improve the process / framework.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Management or other related fields.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business Management in a rapidly growing business.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Internal Controls.
- Pragmatic approach to defining and implementing controls within business processes.
- Fluent English skills (mandatory).
- SAP knowledge.
