**The Role**:
HR Business Partner intern will lead, participate and support HR activities related to Onboarding, Talent Management, L&D and Engagement to GKN Global Business Services in Porto.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the drafting of Human Resources frameworks and tools for onboarding, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on
- and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.
- Analyzing internal processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
- Analyzing the market, trends, and best practices to implement initiatives that contribute to employee retention
- Ensuring the quality of information entered into systems concerning company employees.
- Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Higher Education in HR area or similar
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to focus
- Proactivity and dynamism
- Ability to work in a team
**Language Skills**:English
