Team Lead - HR Systems and Data Governance

**The Challenge**

As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, our company is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for a senior team lead for our HR Systems and Data Governance team to play a pivotal role in our HR digital transformation.

You will be a acting as a key contributor to a comprehensive HR transformation program that will include the redesign of the entire HR IT landscape of Siemens Energy over the next years. With your in-depth knowledge of HR technology market trends and industry best practices, you'll guide and develop our team of ~ 10 senior HR IT professionals. Your focus will be on functional governance over HR functionality in systems - global to regional to local. You'll collaborate with our internal and external IT partners to ensure that we find the right balance between sticking to standards and allowing for flexible solutions matching a certain demand better.

**Your profile**
- University degree in IT, computer science, human resources or similar
- Enjoys and emphasizes the people side of leadership. Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
- Longstanding professional experience in defining IT architectures, preferably in the HR domain, HR IT consultancy background would be a plus
- Strong technical background with experience in system development, customization, and integration, Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data management, security, and privacy practices
- Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders e.g., in HR Centers of Competence and HR in the Regions, IT department, management,
- Able to build trust and empower teams to deliver successfully
- Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required
- Prepared to work in English language most of the time

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the "HR Systems and Data Governance" team with the right capabilities and guiding it through our HR transformation
- Create and nurture a partnership model with our external suppliers to deliver SE HR people systems objectives
- Execute functional governance over HR functionality in systems - global to regional to local
- Make best use of people data in the interest of Siemens Energy’s businesses:

- Develop and maintain a global people data and integration architecture
- Manage the “People Data Hub” and “HR Analytics Platform”
- Overseeing integrations to and from HR solutions / systems
- Make sure the HR function is legally and business compliant with the technologies we use and the data we process
- Manage the global stakeholder ecosystem (internal and external) in relation to the global HR technology stack and people data / consult the business on HR technology and people data requirements
- Collaborate with and request feedback from internal and external business partners and other functions and process owners across the organization to ensure processes, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, understood and followed
- Practice continuous development of personal skills and knowledge to ensure our People Systems team is equipped to meet business demands and technological advancements / market trends
