**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
If you are looking for a job where you will have the opportunity to work in different kinds of projects, from large fossil to industrial plants, this is the right place for you. As a Backoffice Team Leader Field Service Controls Commissioning (f/m/d) you will be assisting the Team Leader in managing a diverse team of experts and specialists for I&C commissioning and guide them to achieve project execution targets relating to EHS, revenue and profit, quality, project timelines and customer satisfaction.

Working in close collaboration with an international team, you will be acting as the key expertise backbone offering the complete range of support to our customers. Your team is responsible to work on international projects, as well doing remote support out of Portugal to ensure a quality proven and optimized project execution.

Besides that, you will be in regular contact with our colleagues from project management and Resource Management team, your focus will be on training and competence development of the team.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Support of all delegation and travel topics
- Responsible for the planning of the team according to their skills
- Close coordination with Resource Management team
- Responsible to manage all the backoffice activities.
- Cost allocation and validation of all the timesheets
- Close cooperation with financial area
- Support and full coordination with all the team members

**What You Bring**:

- Understanding of the energy market
- Expert knowledge in delegation topics
- 3 years of experience as Team Leader would be highly recommended.
- Knowledge of power plants as wells as the respective electrical equipment
- Good Knowledge and experience in Project Management
- Communication and leadership skills to plan and coordinate multiple team activities.
- Determined and intrinsically motivated to take ownership of work.
- Analytical thinking, decision making, result oriented and good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English spoken and written, other languages are a plus.

**About the Team**:
Our Service division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

**GSO FST SDE I&C CON - Controls Commissioning**:We are in total 22 people working in different teams, who have made it to our mission to make the day-to-day business more efficient.
