**Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Manager (Animal Health)**

**Welcome in our team**

Our Regional Commercial Operations team (27 employees) offers strategic and tactical support to our commercial country

clusters in the EURAM region (Europe, Russia, Turkey, North Africa and Middle East). The team covers all essential expertise with focus on Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs. We are currently building our Regional Digital Center of Excellence (CoE). This team of ultimately 4 employees will be part of our Commercial Strategy & Business Consulting team and will drive the transformation of our company’s go-to market model and innovate the way we collaborate and interact with our markets by working with customers and creating state-of-the-art marketing programs for the priority franchises in EURAM.

**About the role**

Reporting into the Regional Digital CoE Lead (based in Portugal) you play an important role in driving our digital transformation strategy. You manage campaigns from the initial idea to successful implementation as well as managing customer journeys based on defined campaign rules, working within an agile cross-functional team. You are responsible for developing, executing, and promoting omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across EURAM, to drive increased key customer engagement and influence a customer-first mindset. This role requires close collaboration within the regional Digital Team, Global Marketing and Local Markets.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Creating business cases, measuring the success of campaigns and implementing measures for continuous optimization and promoting the digitization of processes in the marketing environment with the help of e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Developing and implement omnichannel regional strategy and campaigns for the 4 priority products and Franchises;
- Adopting and leveraging global marketing vision and align the global digital marketing goals to the global product marketing vision across 4 priority products;
- Supporting execution and scaling of omnichannel use cases between markets, working closely with Global strategy and digital teams, as well as local markets, to ensure efficient local delivery;
- Translating global digital plans for awareness, demand generation and retention campaigns with measurable objectives;
- Ensuring the needs and solutions across EURAM markets are fully understood and connected to overall global and regional digital marketing strategy;
- Align and implement global standards in EURAM campaigns adhering to policies and guidelines including those that impact legal regulations, agency management, brand integrity and security in EURAM;
- Developing and implementing omnichannel campaign performance framework with robust, critical engagement metrics;
- Embedding omnichannel feedback systems that generate insights regarding customer behaviors and trends to refine and pivot;
- Providing insights by working closely with Field Force Effectiveness & Business Analytics lead, gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback via multiple formats (e.g., ethnographic insights, heat maps, adobe analytics etc.);
- Driving education related to digital marketing, channels, platforms, and the adoption of digital marketing approaches while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field from an accredited university;
- Proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and content to relevant customer groups, gaining experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360;
- You bring strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills and the ability to drive change across various countries, cultures and functions;
- Tech-savvy, a getting-things-done mentality, experimental and ambitious, this is not your last role in our organization;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of your time;
- Currently living in the EURAM region in one of the countries where our animal health organization has Commercial Operations' office presence.
