**Professional Internship | Performance Management**

**Mission**

The Performance Management team aims to strengthen the culture of performance management within Galp, in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the business. To accomplish this, the ACE (Achieve Continuous Excellence) program was created, which begins with the assessment of the Potential of each of the business areas, followed by the definition of OKRs and the disciplined execution of initiatives to achieve them.

**What you´ll do**
- Supporting the PMLs (Performance Management Leads) in managing the delivery of initiatives by the business units;
- Development of continuous improvement solutions to support the different departments;
- Supporting the company's performance discussion forums (Check-ins).

**What you’ll need**
- Academic background in Engineering, Management or Business Analytics;
- Knowledge of process management (preferred);
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint) and ease with digital tools;
- Knowledge of English;
- Precision in processing information and attention to detail;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactivity, dynamism and team spirit;
- Organizational skills: prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines and staying organized in a dynamic work environment;
- Focus on results.
