**THE ROLE**:
As the CEO Office Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the executive leadership team by conducting in-depth analyses, managing strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making and ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist the Chief of Staff in preparing for meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions by providing relevant data, insights, and recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with other teams across the business to activate and engage partners (Product & Technology, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Data & Analytics)

During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.

This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor or Master in a Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in the area
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Likes project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition and relentless drive and are proactive in the pursuit of sources of value..
- Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables.
- Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
