Our company provides digital marketing consultancy to global brands for over 12 yearsand we keep growing. We help companies develop Lead Activation strategies, turning their traffic into loyal and happy customers. Strategies that are supported by our own integrated digital marketing platform.

As an Account Manager, you will be part of a team that is in the front line of digital transformation You will work closely with our sub-team of Operations in building, strengthening and growing business relationships with our customers, transforming them into ambassadors for our brand.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop strategies and advise customers on how to connect their goals and challenges with the solutions in our platform
- Communicate these strategies and solutions to customers’ internal stakeholders
- Work alongside our Support sub-team to successfully implement the defined strategies
- Understand customers’ current and future business goals and challenges
- Support in the management and monitoring of the account managers team.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience of at least **3 years** in Consulting, Professional Services, Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (mandatory), English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the country and abroad to meet with customers
- Ability to approach situations with a critical attitude
- Always be proactive and question why
