**Your mission**:
This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Portugal.
The base salary for this position is 13,250 eur. You will receive a 20 EUR internet allowance monthly and the meal allowance is 7.63 EUR per day

**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- You’ll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
- You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.

**Your profile**:

- You are fluent in English - both in written and verbal communications.
- You have previous Customer Service experience.
- You are a good multitasker due to your strong organisational skills
- You are calm under pressure, and show empathy when dealing with customers
- You have strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
- You can perform all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
- You can maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, and punctuality.
- You have great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You want to pursue the personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
