Adecco HR is recruiting a Customer Operations Specialist for one of its most prestigious clients that helps restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery.

**FUNCTIONS**:
- Speak with customers, making proactive and reactive outreach phone calls, educating customers on how to use the product and fixing basic issues;
- Understand customers who are high requestors of support, educating them and providing feedback to CSMs;
- Handle support tickets from customers who reach out to our support agents;
- Collaborate with CSMs to inform on integration/product issues;
- Work with local teams in Portugal and Spain by handling internal support requests;
- Provide training and support to customers to prevent high-contact rate to support for the same issues.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be proficient in Spanish and English;
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment;
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues.

- Problem Solver: Natural problem solver, always looking for ways to solve an issue;
- Smart Learner: Technical expertise, ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions.
