**Key responsibilities**
- Support students in developing data analysis, scientific writing, and experimental design skills essential for IB Diploma Sciences.
- Design science units that align with IMYC themes, the IB learner profile, and global scientific issues.
- Develop and implement laboratory experiments, STEM activities, and project-based learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student records, provide timely feedback, and contribute to assessment and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, interdisciplinary initiatives, and professional development activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and engagement with scientific concepts.
- Support students in extracurricular science activities, including clubs, competitions, and environmental initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Middle School Science (IMYC preferred) and High School Biology.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary teaching, and technology integration.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and differentiation strategies to support diverse learning needs.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience integrating environmental science, sustainability, or technology into teaching.
- Experience teaching in an international school or multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with IMYC and IB Diploma Sciences.
