As **Senior People Business Partner** you will be supporting our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will create key people priorities based on business needs and will leverage specialist teams in co-creating effective and innovative solutions.

The Senior People Business Partner is an integral function within the People Department reporting to the Chief People Officer. Alongside other key people teams we are developing innovative solutions, driving key projects and helping the business to grow while at the same time maintaining our distinct culture that has and will always be core to our success.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Be the first point of contact for business leaders & management on core people topics
- Define requirements based on business needs to provide those to the specialist teams in order to create sustainable and scalable solutions for the future
- Support the development of people plans and execute strategies directly aligned to business objectives
- Bring consistency in people processes in partnership with business stakeholders and peers in specialist teams
- Partner with leadership on key business projects such as expansion
- Work across the business on the implementation of new tools, processes and related projects while acting as the key driver of change within the business and support the adoption innovations
- Be a culture keeper and role model within the business working tirelessly with leadership to reinforce our culture and curate the best employee experience
- Drive people development particularly in management and leadership teams, support the growth of fantastic leaders enabling them to grow exceptional teams and develop talent for the future
- Advise management on labor law in the countries you are assigned to

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Significant experience working across multiple international locations - ideally with Tech companies
- Able to navigate and deliver consistent people processes across different cultures and legal jurisdiction
- Experience supporting integration projects, bringing together different teams & cultures
- Generalist knowledge of running annual people processes; performance, talent, reward & headcount planning partnering with specialist people teams
- Proactive and able to connect the dots on occurring issues and accordingly able to come up with relevant solutions
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law in Germany and preferably at least one more European Jurisdictions
- Highly collaborative, able to effectively engage and support specialist teams fully leveraging their capabilities and enabling them to be successful
- Professional attitude, fun loving and enjoys working with a diverse group of people
- Self-starter with strong customer service orientation
- Highly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutions
- Full business fluency in English and German
