We are a leading European real estate firm with offices in 10 European countries looking to expand our successful team in Portugal. We are dedicated exclusively to the intermediation of residential and other commercial buildings including offices, hotels, logistics warehouses and commercial parks and act as advisors to sellers and buyers.
In order to expand the successful team, we are currently seeking for a FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER with organizational skills to support our Portuguese team.
**OUR EXPECTATIONS**:
EXPERTISE
Good MS-Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point)
excellent oral and written command of Portuguese
good oral and written command of English (Level B2)
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Strong organizational and planning skills
Understanding of team dynamics and how to motivate and help them
You have proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
preferably with one or two years of work experience
