Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades

- Prestar suporte técnico aos utilizadores;

- Identificar e resolver problemas relacionados a software e hardware utilizando técnicas de troubleshooting;

- Gestão de incidentes.

Requisitos

- Experiência no suporte a Office e Windows;

- Experiência de suporte a microinformática;

- Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes será valorizada;

- Experiência em atendimento telefónico;

- Conhecimento em acesso remoto para resolução de problemas em utilizadores finais;

- Curso e/ou certificação ITIL (será valorizado);

- Experiência com liderança de equipa - Valorizado;

- Necessário B1 mínimo Inglês.
