Service Desk Agent
**Perfil**:
- Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano;
- Experiência profissional superior a 1 ano em Service Desk;
- Experiência profissional comprovada em em suporte técnico de ambientes Windows, nomeadamente sistemas operativos workplace e seu troubleshooting;
- Conhecimentos de instalação de aplicações em ambientes workplace com sistemas operativos Windows;
- Serão valorizados conhecimentos da ferramenta de registo de tickets ITSM;
- É valorizada a certificação de ITIL;
- Fluência em Português e bons conhecimentos em Inglês;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
- Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos 24/7.
