Role Description

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the creator campaign success. In this role, you'll own the key part of the influencer marketing cycle: managing creator partnerships and ensuring high-performing campaign execution.

You'll use Nixar's AI-driven platform to match brands with the right creators, optimize campaigns for performance and ROI, and build long-term relationships that fuel business growth. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking, relationship management, and data-informed execution.

Responsibilities include:

- Building long-term relationships with brand partners and understanding their marketing goals.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and quality control from start to finish.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and creator alignment.
- Negotiating campaign terms, budgets, and contracts with brands.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to extract insights that drive future growth.
- Contributing to Nixar's overall brand and revenue growth strategy.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and DTC brand strategies.
- Experience in partnership management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and data tools.
- Highly organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
