We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is willing to relocate to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility:

- Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
- Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first and second level support for end-user ICT assets.
- Conduct equipment testing before and after delivery; document serviceability status.
- Perform device staging using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and other relevant tools.
- Enroll and distribute staged devices to end users.
- Update inventory databases and maintain accurate asset records.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues methodically and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of deployed technologies, hardware, and tools.
- Support incident and complaint management, configuration and asset management (SACM), and change management activities.
- Provide technical support on-site.
- Participate in weekly sprint cycles, with deliverables defined during sprint planning.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Higher vocational training in a relevant IT discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience;
- OR secondary education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience.

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) or similar ICT service management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and support equipment.
- Solid knowledge of computer networking in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Desirable:

- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification.
- ITIL certification, particularly in Service Operations.
- Prior experience working in an international/military/civilian mixed environment.
