Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Join the dynamic Corporate Marsh team in Portugal, where we are dedicated to delivering innovative risk management solutions and exceptional client service. As part of Marsh, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, our team combines local expertise with international resources to help businesses navigate complex challenges.

We will count on you to:

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach methods, including cold calling, on-site client visits, and participation in networking events.
- Work together with the Account Manager to offer tailored insurance solutions to meet client objectives.
- Together with the Account Manager, lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Stay updated on the company's product and service offerings, effectively communicating their value to potential and existing clients.

What you need to have:

- Proven experience in a sales or commercial role, preferably within insurance or banking.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
