About Us
Indie Campers is on a mission to make road trips available to everyone. With a digital, customer‑centric approach, we offer short‑term RV rentals, long‑term campervan subscriptions, and the sale of vehicles. Our platform has hosted over one million nights and serves travelers from 169 countries.
The Role
You will be responsible for acquiring new hosts, onboarding them, and maintaining strong relationships to maximize engagement, retention, and performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
What Will You Work On?
- Identify, contact, and onboard new hosts in the DACH region, ensuring quality listings and active engagement.
- Manage ongoing relationships with hosts to maximize their responsiveness, retention, and overall performance.
- Provide guidance on pricing, calendar management, and performance optimization to increase bookings per listing.
- Ensure that host listings remain competitive, active, and aligned with platform standards.
- Track and analyze key acquisition and account performance metrics to enhance efficiency and results.
- Deliver outstanding service and communication to hosts in both German and English.
- Contribute to the growth of the marketplace by maintaining a healthy and satisfied host portfolio in the region.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner success within marketplaces, e‑commerce, or travel‑tech sectors.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing B2C or B2B partnerships, particularly in the DACH region.
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong commercial drive with experience managing pipelines and closing deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to act on KPIs and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership of regional goals.
