We’re currently seeking English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support one of our international clients.
Speak English fluently (C1 level or higher)
Are empathetic, helpful, and an excellent communicator
Learn quickly and take initiative
Work well in a team and handle sensitive information with care
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve:
- Guiding customers through digital advertising tools
- Providing pre- and post-sales support
- Ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience
