**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Russian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information, assistance with orders, and troubleshooting support to customers in Russian.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating as necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Assist with other customer service-related tasks and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Must have a valid Portuguese residence card.
