About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will support Russian-speaking customers through a variety of communication channels. Your focus will be to understand their needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. You will be working in a friendly and international team where collaboration and learning are encouraged. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Russian-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat. Understand customer inquiries and offer accurate information, guidance, and solutions. Resolve service issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional tone. Record and track customer interactions using internal systems. Follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey. Collaborate closely with colleagues and team leaders to meet performance targets and drive service excellence. Requirements Native-level or fluent Russian, plus strong English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is an advantage but not essential. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
