About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team at Agent Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our clients through thoughtful, value-driven communication and proactive support.
This is a relationship-driven position ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, understands how to anticipate client needs, and is motivated by helping clients achieve their goals. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, heard, and confident in their experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Proactively manage client communications to drive satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client needs, challenges, and goals
- Provide timely, professional support and guidance, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs using CRM tools
- Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives as needed
- Support clients participating in YouTube-based programs by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and communication logs within CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or similar)
- Must be based in Portugal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Zoom, and other client communication tools is a strong plus
