Your new adventure
1. Work collaboratively with a team to run a best-in-class partner enablement program for solution providers while ensuring compliance with partner programs, policies, processes, and contracts.
2. Enable our solution providers to understand, position, sell, support, and integrate our products into customer solutions.
3. Deliver a strong enablement program for internal team members, including onboarding of new joiners and ongoing team education (product, policy, and process updates).
4. Contribute ideas to the development of partner program frameworks, policies, processes, and tools that best drive Pipedrive's channel strategy.
5. Manage the implementation of improvement opportunities in partner program frameworks, policies, processes, and tools that best drive Pipedrive's channel strategy.
6. Build processes to improve the partner and/or internal channel sales team experience, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implement these processes by having a deep understanding of the program frameworks and tools.
7. Manage system processes to ensure compliance.
8. Provide ongoing support to channel partners, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure their success.
9. Collaborate with our partner marketing team to ensure quality partner resources for marketing, including collateral, co-marketing, events, and tools.
10. Coordinate the engagement of sales, customer success, support, technical, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations.
11. Coordinate and host regular partner webinars to share quarterly updates.
12. Identify partner needs for additional training and develop a webinar cadence to meet those needs.
Does this sound like you?
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Strong experience with CRM tools (experience with Pipedrive is a plus).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams (sales, marketing, product development).
4. Ability to analyse data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and design action points based on insights.
5. Ability to create and deliver training content for diverse audiences, including the creation of the content structure.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and maintain strong time management and organisational skills.
7. Comfortable with calling attention to roadblocks and providing solutions.
8. Some familiarity with sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement.
9. Understanding the role of channel partners in the sales ecosystem.
10. Understanding of processes related to partner onboarding and ongoing management.
11. Basic sales and marketing collateral development skills.
12. Some understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
13. Some comfort with understanding the micro and macro impact of projects managed.
14. Basic project management skills.
15. Ability to design and present processes, keeping various different stakeholders in mind.
