Join our team in Lisbon as an Account Executive

Winid Portugal specializes in Talent Acquisition solutions and is seeking an Account Executive to contribute to our growth by engaging with Portuguese clients (fluency in Portuguese is essential).

This role primarily focuses on business development, with potential recruitment responsibilities for the leads you generate.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Sales Growth: Identify and proactively reach out to prospective clients to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
2. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements, ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
3. Reporting: Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
4. Networking: Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's services.
5. Employer Brand: Communicate and promote the value proposition of Winid.
6. Recruitment: Identify, contact, qualify and propose a shortlist of candidates to our clients working closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You'll Need

1. Degree in Sales or Management.
2. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within a recruiting agency.
3. Ability to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events.
4. Curiosity and a quick learner approach who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment.
5. Passion for Sales and a keen interest in the recruitment industry.
6. Self-motivated and Business-Oriented: you are driven by challenges and achieving targets.
7. Strong communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to be comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives in order to convey the value proposition of our product.
8. Fluent in Portuguese and in English or French (our company's main language).
