Role
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, or email, ensuring fast, effective, and empathetic support;
- Handle inquiries and requests independently and efficiently;
- Manage complex cases from start to finish, including investigations and disputes;
- Support fraud detection and prevention processes;
- Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
- Share knowledge and support the onboarding of new colleagues;
- Adapt to different tasks and evolving business needs.
Profile
- Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service or in the banking, finance, or insurance sectors;
- Clear communication, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset;
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage complex situations independently;
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for dynamic environments;
- Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
