Responsabilidades Chave
1. Handle technical customer contacts for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels;
2. Provide clear and practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services;
3. Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues;
4. Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information;
5. Appropriately manage and escalate customer issues to higher support tiers;
6. Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets;
7. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction, providing feedback as needed.
Competências
1. Proficient in Norwegian and English, both oral and written;
2. Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
3. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
4. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Principais Benefícios
1. Salary: you will earn a competitive base salary of 1500€ per 14 months, plus a performance bonus of 100€ per 12 months;
2. Benefits: you will receive a meal allowance of 7.23€ per day;
3. Schedules: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), from 7am to 7pm (rotational shifts);
4. Days Off: weekend;
5. Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
6. Location: you will work in our modern and comfortable office in Lisbon, close to public transportation and amenities.
