Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer requests via various channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Technical Support: Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical assistance to customers.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
- Ticket Management: Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets and manage an individual ticket queue.
Key Qualifications
- Languages: Proficient in German and English, both oral and written.
