We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in an IT Services and Cyber Security company. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our comprehensive range of IT services and cutting-edge cyber security solutions.

Tasks

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.

Requirements

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services and cyber security industry.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT professionals.

- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their IT requirements and cyber security challenges.
