What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas by identifying and closing opportunities within assigned accounts or territories.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the company’s solutions.
- Regularly meet with customers to assess their evolving needs and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within your territory, including emerging trends, market segments, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Partner with internal teams, including business development, product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to the Head of Business Development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise solutions to large organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the Courier Express Parcel and/or Postal Last Mile industries.
- Local market language and English fluency are a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
