A Elevus é uma empresa de Recrutamento Especializado, que trabalha diretamente com o cliente final. O nosso cliente é uma prestigiada empresa multinacional líder do marketing B2B, e no seguimento da sua estratégia de crescimento procura integrar na sua equipa um Business Development Manager (M/F), para o mercado Espanhol e da América Latina.
**Funções**:
- Construir um pipeline de clientes nacionais.
- Responsabilidades de gestão de contas para ajudar os clientes existentes a expandir para novos mercados/categorias
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipa de Sales Assistants e Customer Success Managers para garantir que os nossos clientes permaneçam satisfeitos
- Expressar as preocupações do cliente para cada equipa responsável dentro de toda a organização e criar estratégias para acompanhá-las de forma consistente.
- Alcançar as suas metas ambiciosas, mas realistas.
**Perfil**:
- 2-3 anos de experiência em vendas em B2B
- Espanhol nativo/fluente e um bom nível de Inglês
- Experiência passada em “hunting” (novos negócios) com um ratio de pelo menos 30/70
- Bom ouvinte, alguém com uma mentalidade de resolução de problemas, com a capacidade natural de resolver conflitos de forma rápida e eficiente.
