Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our automotive products and services to better assist customers.
- Document all interactions and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer trends and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for embracing new cultural experiences.
