Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Develop an extensive understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information to clients. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Work closely with team members to optimize service delivery and share insights from customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Support a positive team environment and contribute to meeting team objectives. Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written. Strong passion for customer service with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Prior experience in customer support is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture. Comfortable with using CRM systems and basic office software.
