Location: Remote (Greece)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who speaks fluent Portuguese and has excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese speaking clients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Advanced internet research skills
- An empathetic soul with the communication skills that match
- A positive and adventurous attitude
- A sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer
