What you will do: Supervise the entire incident management process, from assessment to resolution. Help design ways to prevent similar issues in the future. Support technical teams in creating procedures to resolve problems and develop solutions. Investigate the root cause of issues and suggest improvements. Detect recurring problems and implement proactive resolutions. What you are like: Minimum 2 years of experience working as Incident Manager; Responsible for promoting a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all teams; Experience in managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams; Experience in incident Management; Experience in Ticket management; Fluency/Good communications skills in English.
