This is an exclusively written (non-voice) customer support role, focusing only on email and chat channels. The Role: German Speaking Customer Advisor As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking user base, providing high-quality, efficient, and empathetic support throughemail and live chat. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience for everyone engaging with the platform. Key Responsibilities: Written Communication Excellence:Respond to and resolve a high volume of German-language user inquiries, issues, and complaints exclusively via email and chat with precision, empathy, and professional language. Expert Knowledge:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform's policies, features, and functionalities to provide accurate and comprehensive solutions. Troubleshooting:Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot user issues related to accounts, technical errors, content, and general usage, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary. Documentation:Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Service Level Adherence:Consistently meet or exceed all quality and productivity targets, including response time (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify trends in user inquiries and provide valuable feedback to internal teams to help improve product and service delivery. What You'll Bring to the Team We are looking for customer-centric individuals with a passion for digital platforms and written communication. Essential Requirements (Must-Haves): German Language:MinimumB2 level(or higher) proficiency in written German, with excellent grammar, spelling, and professional tone. English Language:MinimumB2 level(or higher) proficiency in written and spoken English, for internal communication and training. Location:Must be fully on-site in Porto, Portugal.Remote work is not an option for this position. Work Eligibility:Valid work authorization for Portugal/EU Citizenship. Communication Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically in a written format. Desired Qualifications (Good to Have): Previous experience in a Customer Service, Help Desk, or Support role is a plus, butnot mandatory.
