Mission: As a Head Waiter, you will lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring service excellence at every moment. You will coordinate the service team, uphold ME Lisbon's high-quality standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations. What will you do? Lead, motivate, and support the service team during daily operations. Ensure memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and delivering attentive, refined service. Coordinate table service, manage reservations flow, and oversee service timing and quality. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring brand and service standards are met. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Communicate operational feedback and improvement opportunities to management. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Waiter, preferably in the luxury sector. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and service-driven approach. Passion for quality, guest satisfaction, and team development. Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus. Solid knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
