If you're looking for a dynamic environment, fast growth opportunities, and a team passionate about what they do, we want to meet you Your Responsibilities: Lead the lead generation and qualification process: identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Develop and implement prospecting strategies: creating a target list and priorities to expand our client base. Engage and represent Gerodigital: conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients. Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation. Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets. Requirements Fluent or native Italian speaker. Other languages, such as English or Spanish, are highly valued. Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in the digital marketing sector. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate well over the phone.
