About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide professional support to clients through inbound and outbound communications, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and improving their sales performance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience consistently. Work Schedule: From Monday to Sunday, working on rotative shifts: 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00 Two rotating days off per week At a later stage (TBC by the client): 24/7 rotation, Monday to Sunday Work Model: On-site (Lisbon office) Compensation: Base salary: 1,000 gross x 14 months Welcome bonus: 100 gross x 11 months (paid over the first 12 months) Meal allowance: 7.23 per day Transport allowance: 20 per month Braga position bonus: 20 x 12 months (only applicable for Braga-based hires) Important note on Welcome Bonus: Starting with hires from 1st September onwards, the Welcome Bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year. Each instalment is conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month. This should not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary package.
