We are offering an excellent work experience in Lisbon, for a **Travel Customer Advisor** role.

**What is your day-to-day life like in this role?**
- Resolving all customer queries and situations, providing all necessary assistance relating to Products and Services
- Provide assistance with any questions/issues related to the frequent flyer programme
- Monitor the handling of customer cases arising from questions raised by customers, including informing the customer of the handling of the case
- Use and record on the computer all contacts received and made with and by Customers

**Requirements**:
**What do I need to succeed in this job?**
- Native speaker or C1/C2 in **Portuguese** and C1 in **Italian**:

- B1/B2 level in English
- Willingness to work rotating shifts 24/7
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Secondary school diploma (12th grade)
- EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card
