THE ROLE As a EMEA Revenue Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing trading activities. You will be responsible for data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our commercial strategies maximize gross margin, nights traveled, and overall revenue performance in the EMEA region you are assigned. This position is based in Lisbon and reports to the General Manager of your EMEA region. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Finance, and Operations, as well as collaborate closely with the Central Revenue team at HQ. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Revenue Optimization & Commercial Planning Develop and execute pricing, promotions, and inventory management strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and historical performance to identify opportunities for optimization. Implement data-driven pricing models to improve profitability and occupancy rates. Trading & Performance Monitoring Continuously monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on demand fluctuations, seasonal trends, and competitive intelligence. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross margin, revenue per available night, and booking pace. Support the execution of regional promotional campaigns and special pricing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with the Growth team to align paid marketing investments with pricing strategies and demand forecasts. Partner with Finance to ensure revenue goals align with cost structures and overall business performance. Collaborate with Operations to incorporate fleet availability and utilization rates into commercial planning. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in trading activities. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in commercial planning, revenue management, pricing, ecommerce or strategic consulting. Strong background in pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and commercial planning tools (experience with SQL/Python is a plus). Industry experience in mobility, travel, or rentals is a plus but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
