Problem-Solving: Handle customer inquiries with empathy and patience, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure satisfaction with every interaction. Product Knowledge: Be an expert in our products or services, guiding customers through their journey and helping them make informed decisions. Feedback and Improvements: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products, services, and customer experience. Maintain Positive Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers by offering personalized, friendly, and professional support. What We're Looking For: Fluency in German (C2 level), both written and spoken, is a must. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
