Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our restaurant partners, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our restaurant partners achieve significant revenue increases each month using our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Presentation of solutions to current customers to increase revenue.
- Support and training for restaurants on positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Selling, upselling, and retaining products and customers.
- Main point of contact and relationship builder with customers.
- Ensuring support and training for the use of our tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Products sold and maintained across your portfolio.
- Leverage usage of TheFork tools to increase engagement between restaurants and customers.
- Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.
